This stylish property has large rooms with a boutique style and many spaces for family and friends to enjoy activities without disturbing each other. The original door frames are a little low, so be careful not to bump your head. A heavenly kitchen on the ground floor makes meal preparation a breeze, while a breakfast room provides a lovely dining space overlooking the garden.
Hide out in the snug, complete with a large sofa and a TV or relax in the sitting room with plenty of natural light, comfortable sofas, a TV, and a wood burner for a cosy feel in the cooler months. There is also a dining room with an ornamental fire and French doors leading out to the garden. A shower room completes the downstairs.
The first floor has three king-size bedrooms (one en-suite), a bedroom with adult-sized bunk beds and a family bathroom. A twin room and a playroom with a TV are on the top floor. Outside, you can enjoy a large covered terraced area with a hot tub, outdoor seating, a BBQ and garden furniture for al fresco dining.
The garden is laid mainly to lawn. Families will love to try the maze, go go-karting, and try the zip-wire at Southwold Maize Maze (8.5 miles) or pack your bucket and spade and water sports gear and head to Walberswick, The Denes or Southwold beaches, all within 10 miles.
